A sizzling rebrand for a chain of restaurants specialising in pan-fried chicken.

HONEYCOMB HOUSES

Back-of-house branding and strategy for the Brakspear sub-brand in need of consolidating its pubs and attracting new staff. 

Collaborating with the Head of Strategy and working as sole designer on the project, I was assigned to create 3 routes of a sub-brand which speaks to both Brakspear’s customers and staff.
